Rules first, features second.
Meetings are people talking candidly. The product is built on a handful of rules about consent, deletion and money that hold everywhere — they are architecture, not settings.

Named, in the roster, visible to everyone. Stop it any time.
Everyone can see the recorder
A meeting is recorded by a named notetaker sitting in the participant list. There is no invisible mode, and there will not be one — recording people quietly is not a feature.
Delete "Investor round"?
Used by 2 published edits and 1 draft — they keep working. Removes our media, the capture provider's copy and the transcription provider's copy.
Deleted means deleted everywhere
One delete removes the stored media and every derived object here, the capture provider's copy, and the transcription provider's copy. It is not a hidden flag: the objects are destroyed, and the confirmation first tells you what depends on the recording.
Providers are processors, not stores
The moment a recording and its transcript live with us, the providers' working copies are released. Nobody warehouses your meetings on the side.

✓ Decrypted server-side, per call, never logged
✓ Never sent to a browser, never marked up
✓ Remove deletes it outright
Your AI key never leaves the vault
Chapters, summaries, chat and translations run on your own Anthropic or OpenRouter key. Keys are envelope-encrypted at rest, decrypted only server-side per call, never logged, and never sent to a browser. Removing a key deletes it outright.
Translate to French?
Uses your own Anthropic key to translate 437 utterances and 13 chapters. You can cancel mid-run — cancelling stops the spend.
English → English is refused outright.
AI spends only on request
Nothing generates on ingest. Chapters, summaries and translations run when a person asks — translations behind an explicit confirmation, cancellable mid-run, and never into the transcript's own language.
Citations are links — the player jumps there.
Timestamps cannot lie
Models never emit timestamps. They cite utterance ids, and the backend resolves ids to milliseconds — so a citation cannot point at a moment that was not said.

Tenancy enforced in one place
Every tenant-scoped query runs through a single scoping layer. Drafts are additionally private to their author; publishing is the deliberate act that shares.
Teams with real controls
Workspaces, role-based permissions, invitations governed by assignable roles, and two-factor authentication.
